Excellent question, Dean.

I usually avoid Mondays as people are very busy and spam traffic is heavy on weekends, so I am concerned my newsletter may be ignored or deleted since they have so many extra emails. I avoid Fridays as many people are out of the office and won't get it until Monday.

So my technique is to send out on Tues, Wed or Thurs just after lunch.

Constant Contact lets me schedule the time so I don't have to be in the office to send it.
