Not the Internet advertising type of cookie, she is the goddess of REAL cookies - ones like her decadent chocolate chip cookies that are so moist they just melt in your mouth. Yum!
In addition to this amazing talent, she often comes up with brilliant ideas I hadn't even thought of, and I'm supposed to be the Internet marketing expert.
Her brilliant idea to save money on Internet advertising was so simple, yet it saves me 25 to 50% on all my advertising just by adding one simple step to my marketing campaigns.
The simple step? Once I've identified a place I want to try for advertising, I look for an affiliate program. If they have an affiliate program, my wife joins the advertising source first as an affiliate and then sends me her affiliate link. I sign up and purchase the advertising, creating a commission for her. This commission is usually 25% to 50% of the purchase.
We can use this money to increase our marketing budget by 25% to 50% or as just a way to supplement our own income.
Don't have a wife or spouse? Use another family member or business partner.
